Matthew Hill Management (MHM) was created due to the demand for a bespoke management company that can cater for the needs of both media and sporting talent. MHM has over two decades of top line commercial experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

We provide our clients with an all-encompassing service that is built on trust, loyalty, and integrity. Our role is to guide them through the difficult process of negotiating the right terms to set them up for financial stability. We pride ourselves on understanding the marketplace and making sure our talent and commercial partners have a positive experience together.
Matt has been in the sports and entertainment industry for 20 plus years and during that time he has negotiated over $100 million in commercial deals with major sporting bodies, broadcasters, and venues throughout Australasia. His main passion now is to help talent reach their potential and assist them in finding the right partnerships for their future.
It is Matt’s belief that every talent is their own unique brand, and they must stay true to their core principles to achieve long-term success. He encourages talent to pursue projects and partnerships that they are passionate about which can also provide financial stability. Matt prides himself on building authentic relationships with both his talent and commercial partners which he hopes will lead to a mutually beneficial outcome.
On a personal note, Matt is happily married with 3 young boys and enjoys attending his kid’s sporting activities on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He treats his talent like an extension to his own family and wants them to feel supported in their chosen career path.
